Our approach
Many businesses are sold complicated packages from large agencies, or cheap templates that never quite fit. Initedge exists for the space in between: custom work, delivered with the clarity and accountability of a larger company, without the layers of account managers.
We keep the team small on purpose. You talk to the people doing the work, decisions are made quickly, and every project gets proper attention. When a project needs more specialist capacity, we say so and plan for it openly.
